AI Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
At Rymer Digital, I believe AI is one of many tools that can support great work, but it should never replace human judgement, experience or relationships.
My approach is simple:
Human first. Human last. AI in the middle.
Every project begins with understanding your business, your goals and your audience. AI may then be used to support parts of the process, but every piece of work is reviewed, refined and approved by me before it reaches you.
How AI supports my work
AI may be used to help with:
- research and information gathering
- Organising large data sets and transcripts
- brainstorming and idea generation
- drafting content for review
- summarising information
- analysing data and identifying patterns
- generating code or technical solutions
- improving efficiency on routine tasks
Using AI in this way allows me to spend more time on the parts that matter most: strategy, problem solving, creative thinking and working closely with my clients.
Human oversight
AI never makes decisions on behalf of my clients.
Every deliverable is:
- reviewed by a human
- fact-checked where appropriate
- edited for clarity, tone and accuracy
- assessed against the goals of the project
- approved by me before delivery
The final responsibility for all work remains with Rymer Digital.
Client data and confidentiality
Protecting client information is a priority.
I do not knowingly enter confidential or personally identifiable client information into AI tools unless:
- it has been anonymised;
- appropriate safeguards are in place; or
- the client has specifically requested or approved its use.
I continue to comply with UK GDPR and my Privacy Policy when handling client information.
Responsible use
- AI is not used to replace professional judgement or specialist advice.
- Where accuracy is critical, including legal, financial, medical or regulatory matters, information will always be verified using appropriate sources and, where necessary, specialist professionals.
Transparency
- If AI has played a significant role in a project and it is relevant to the work being delivered, I will always be open about that.
- I believe trust is built through transparency rather than pretending AI doesn’t exist.
Continuous learning
- AI technology is developing rapidly.
- I regularly review the tools I use, continue my professional development in this area, and update my working practices as technology, regulation and best practice evolve.
- This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to reflect how Rymer Digital works.
