My Story
25 years in digital business. Still as obsessed with getting it right as day one.
I started my career in the early days of the internet – and I’ve grown alongside digital business ever since. Over 25 years I’ve managed operations, built strategies, supported launches, and helped founders at every stage untangle the complexity that comes with growth.
My approach is calm, practical and grounded. I’m usually not the loudest person in the room, but I’m usually the one who’s figured out what’s actually going on and what needs to happen next. I believe business can be profitable without being frantic, and structured without being rigid.
I’m based in Orkney, Scotland – and I work with clients across the UK and globally, entirely online (although if you are in Orkney, I am always up for in-person meetings with coffee and cake)
Outside of work I’m a qualified yoga and meditation teacher with an Ayurvedic specialism, which helps underlie why I care so much about building businesses that support the lives around them, not consume them.

What is a Certified Online Business Manager?
A Certified OBM® is a virtually-based support professional who manages online-based businesses, including the day-to-day management of projects, operations, metrics and team. The role of an OBM is to make sure the right things get done at the right time — the right WAY used by the right PEOPLE.
